Happy November, my friends! This year has been by far the fastest year for me and it’s crazy to think that it’s already November. October & November have been absolutely insane for me. Within the next two weeks, I’m headed to LA this week for a wedding, San Diego for a quick turn around speaking engagement trip, then Seattle for another speaking engagement. eeek.
You’re all probably what my blog title is referring to… I’ll get there in a second. As most of you guys know, this year has been full of changes (read about it HERE). There’s been a lot going on at work + in my personal life. Through all the craziness, I realized how important this place is for me. My blog allows me to open up, it allows me to be creative, it allows me to do what I love and the best part about it is that it’s usually is done during my alone/creative time- which is limited, but I still do it in peace. Once I realized how much I needed this time + space, I started listening to podcasts and have hired my little sister to help me structure and prioritize things so I can be here with the limited time that I have.
I started a full blown editorial calendar with every little thing you can think about- weekly meetings with my sister, shoot days, writing days… ya, everything! I have to structure things like this in order to be able to do all of this. So… this is how it’s going to be. I will be posting 3 times a week. Monday will be my T I P D A Y where I post some type of tip whether it’s about business, personal life, beauty, any type of tip that I want to share. Wednesdays will be my F A S H I O N D A Y where I share a fashion post of what I’m loving or maybe just a fun styled fashion post. Last but not least Fridays will be my P E R S O N A L D A Y where I share anything personal whether it’s a travel post or just me opening up to you all about something.
I did things this way not only to be structured, but so I can share everything that I want consistently. As you know, I started a YouTube channel (read HERE) as well and my YouTube videos will be integrated within these posting days too! I hope you all come back and enjoy what all I’ll be sharing.
