MEXICO CITY

I spent these last 4 days in Mexico City and I can’t quite think of the exact word to describe Mexico City, but let’s just say it was the coolest “city” I have ever been to!  I’ve been to Cabo and Rocky Point (Puerto Peñasco) before, but never to Mexico City.  Just the view of flying into the city in itself is amazing- buildings built on top of buildings, vibrant colors, tropical trees, it was nothing I have ever seen before.

I had the privilege of going to Mexico City for a branding workshop that my business partner, Lorena, and I teach called, Bloguettes(that’s a whole another post).  Lorena happens to be originally from Mexico City, so the bf, Dustin (Lorena’s husband), and I were welcomed to Mexico with great hospitality.

We were in Mexico for 4 nights/5days, and the majority of my time was spent setting up for the workshop and teaching the two-day workshop, but I was able to spend my second day in Mexico being a tourist.  We had the opportunity to check out the beautiful Mexico City Metropolitan Cathedral and it was absolutely breathtaking!  During my trip in Mexico, I also celebrated my 24th birthday with everyone and had a blast!

I wish I could have snapped more pictures, but I will be back in Mexico City at the end of August, so I promise to get more photos then!
