My baby shower was truly a dream. It was everything I could have dreamt for (+ more)!! My best friends Becca, Lorena, Katherine, Hannah, and my sister Sumire planned it all and it was just perfection. As you probably saw on Instagram Stories, the weather was terrible in February! Lots of rain and cloudy skies and it was freezing for Arizona! We originally had the baby shower planned to be outdoors in Lorena’s backyard, but due to the weather, we were desperate to find a venue last minute. Mini Social came to the RESCUE and let us use their space and honestly, it was perfect. It would have been so miserable being outside in the cold. I honestly can’t thank Mini Social enough for being so accommodating so last minute!
We had delicious salads, bruschetta, and sandwiches from Postino’s, one of my favorite restaurants here in the valley, accompanied by beautiful + delicious sweets from Ruze Cake House. For rentals, my good friends at Tremaine Ranch have a beautiful inventory of furniture rentals, so we, of course, had to rent all of our furniture from them! The beautiful florals were all done by Camelback Flowershop and they were so dreamy! I have been obsessed with pampas grass for quite some time now and I loved how they sprayed some with a touch of pink for my baby shower. I can’t thank our vendors enough for being a part of my special day. It was all so perfect, I can’t recommend them enough!!
I also can’t thank all of my friends + family enough for making it out to my shower. I had about 70 people attend and I would say a 1/4 of them all came from out of town. **now I’m crying** I feel so, so incredibly blessed to have such amazing friends. It meant the world to me that everyone went out of their way to come out for my baby shower and I felt so loved. I hope one day baby M has as amazing of friends as I do- girlfriends that are supportive, loving and kind like my girlfriends.
