Life has been crazy, to say the least. I’ve been gone these past two weekends to teach the Bloguettes workshop in Mexico City & San Diego and I’m leaving for New York for 5 days this weekend for another project that we’ve been working on! When I’m not traveling for work, I’m literally in the office every day from 9am-5:30pm and on top of that, I usually have something going on every night after I leave the office- whether it’s a dinner meeting, dinner with the girls, date night, or an event to go to! Things have been nonstop, but I wouldn’t have it any other way- because I go to bed every night exhausted.
To me, going to bed exhausted every night means that I worked my butt off that day, it means that I used up all my energy that day, and it means that I lived life to the fullest that day. Like I’ve said before, I’m a workaholic- I’m not satisfied ending my day feeling like I could have done more. But I’d say I have been doing quite a good job with going to bed exhausted!
Now the challenge is going to bed earlier and waking up not feeling exhausted…
