I can’t believe it’s been over a week since my last post! ahh!  Things have been nonstop and haven’t had a day off in 3 weeks- so forgive me.  I was finally able to sit down and edit all of my photos from my travels this past weekend, and I’m excited to finally put them up!

We held our 6th Bloguettes workshop in sunny San Diego, California in the beginning of the month and it was one for the books (more info on the workshop here).  First of all, I can’t believe that we’ve had six workshops in just four short months since our first workshop back in May!  I guess hard work pays off, right?

We got to San Diego early Friday morning and spent the day preparing for the workshop.  We stopped by the Donut Bar that’s located right in downtown San Diego to try a bite of their famous (HUGE) donuts, and also to thank them as they were sponsoring our workshop with their delicious donuts!  We then stopped by the cutest store called, Seaside Papery, to pick up our notebooks for the workshop!

The workshop was held at the beautiful, Green Acre Campus Pointe located right in La Jolla.  Green Acre Campus Pointe is a beautiful restaurant & space that you can get together with friends and colleagues to enjoy a meal, have coffee over a meeting, or reserve one of their amazing conference rooms!  Not only did they sponsor the space, but they were also kind enough to cater our lunch for both days!  The food… where do I even start?  Well, let’s start off by saying that it was ahhhhmazing.  Everything they make is all organic and straight from their garden that’s literally right outside of the building! Their customer service was also incredible and we can’t thank them enough for the hospitality and letting us host our workshop there!

The group of ladies in this workshop were all so much fun and they all became BFFs with each other right away- which we love!  We had two special guest speakers, Jordan Bosstick from Volkalize & Miss American Made to touch on the topic of media outreach, and Ali Grant from Be Social PR to inform us on how the PR world works! This was definitely one of my favorite workshops and I cannot wait for all the upcoming workshops in different cities!

Join us at: San Francisco (October 18 & 19), Salt Lake City (November 14 & 15), Dallas (January 31 & February 1)
